 On the Tasso square it leans out the Church devoted to the Blessed Virgo of the Carmelo with attached bell tower. It goes up again to the second halves Five hundred (1572), period in which the archbishop Lelio Brancaccio entrusted the construction of it to the Fathers of the Carmine Maggiore in Naples. The Church has preserved only some first construction the two portals in piperno to square fornice with a decoration to ovuli and notches; it, in fact, was damaged more times for which you/he/she was reconstructed in the XVII century according to a plant secentesco. To the inside introduces an unique aisle and side altars. The apse is decorated with paintings that represent some episodes of the life of the Madonna (Sant'Anna with the Virgo child, Maria's assumption, the Annunciation). On the most greater altar there is a copy of the Madonna Bruna (the original one is found in the church Carmine to Naples). Manifold the present paintings of the Neapolitan school: on the wall right Madonna with Child; Madonna that hands the veil to Saint Maria Maddalena, Sant'Andrea and Saint Teresa of Avila and another painting in the chapel of the SSs.
